Your files are private. PagePilot stores processing files outside public assets and removes them after the configured retention period.

Files and processing

Files are stored outside public web assets under random names while a job is processed. Job status records contain only processing metadata, such as the tool, state, sizes, and timestamps. Document contents and passwords are never written to processing logs.

Retention and removal

Temporary uploads and results are removed after the configured retention period. In local development, run the cleanup command or schedule it with Windows Task Scheduler.

Security

Use HTTPS when this app is exposed on a network. Keep application secrets private and use a strong administrator password.
